Not at all. We recommend starting with Reformer Foundations — that’s where we teach the basic movements, the breathing and how the machine works.

Comfortable, close-fitting clothes and grip socks (essential on the Reformer). If you don’t have any, you can buy a pair at reception. We provide mats and towels.

Free of charge up to 12 hours before class, using the link in your confirmation email. If you cancel later than that, the class is deducted from your pass.

Reformer groups are up to 3 people, each on their own machine, so the instructor can see and correct every movement.

Reformer group €25, private Reformer session €50, Mat group €15. Cards for 4 and 8 visits work out cheaper.

Yes. We are open every day, weekends included, from 09:00 to 19:00.
