Before your first class, we ask about any injuries, pregnancy and your goals. Then we choose the right level and programme for you. No experience needed — just comfortable clothes and grip socks.

I’m Masha, a certified Pilates instructor. I created Maison LÉA out of my love for Pilates, which has been part of my journey on the Mat and Reformer for four years. I believe in a personal approach and in the small steps that lead to real results.

- A spring-loaded machine that both supports and challenges you. Up to 3 people per class, each on her own Reformer.

- Classical Pilates on the mat. Control, breath and a strong, stable core.
