Terms and Conditions

This is a translation for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Bulgarian version prevails.

In short: you can cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before the class. If you cancel later, the visit is counted. Class passes are personal and valid for the period stated on them. If you have an injury or are pregnant, let us know before the class.

1. Who we are

These terms govern the use of the services of Maison LÉA Pilates Studio. By making a booking or buying a class pass or voucher, you accept these terms.

2. Bookings

• You can book online from the schedule, by phone or on Instagram.
• Reformer groups are limited to 3 people (one per machine). Your place is confirmed once you receive a confirmation.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your place may be given to someone else, so that you do not miss the warm-up and risk injuring yourself.

3. Cancellations and no-shows

• Up to 12 hours before the class: cancellation is free of charge and the visit is returned to your class pass.
• Less than 12 hours before, or a no-show: the visit is deducted from your class pass or the single-class price is payable.
• If the studio cancels a class, we will return the visit or refund the full amount.

4. Prices and class passes

• Passes are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase and apply to the service they were bought for.
• Passes are personal and non-transferable. Unused visits expire at the end of the validity period.
• An extension is possible in case of illness with a medical certificate.
• There is no separate rate for two: everyone attending a group class pays the standard price. The studio does not work with MultiSport.

5. Payment

• Prices are in euros[ and include VAT].
• Single visits and class passes are paid at the studio, in cash or by card, before the class.
• The website does not take online payments. If you book online, you pay at the studio.
• A voucher ordered on the website is paid by card, bank transfer or at the studio. We will call you to arrange payment. The voucher is sent by email once paid.
• You receive a receipt or other document for every payment, as required by law.

6. Vouchers and right of withdrawal

• Gift vouchers are worth 50 € or 100 € and are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
• A monetary voucher can be used for classes, class passes and private sessions. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Right of withdrawal: if you ordered a voucher at a distance (on the website, by phone or on Instagram), you may withdraw within 14 days of payment without giving a reason, provided the voucher has not been used. Email us at maisonlea97@gmail.com and we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method.
• There is no right of withdrawal for a booking for a class on a specific date and time (Art. 57(12) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act). The cancellation rules in section 3 apply instead.

7. Health and responsibility

Pilates is suitable for most people, but before your first class please tell us about any injuries, surgery, pregnancy or chronic conditions. If in doubt, consult a doctor. You are responsible for the accuracy of this information and for stopping any exercise that causes pain. Your instructor will offer you an alternative.

8. Studio rules

• Grip socks are mandatory on the Reformer. You can buy them at reception.
• Phones must be on silent.
• We provide mats, towels and water. We keep the studio clean after every class.

9. Complaints and disputes

If something is wrong with a class, pass or voucher, tell us at the studio, on +359 88 414 4476 or at maisonlea97@gmail.com. We reply within 14 days and aim to resolve any dispute through conversation first.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg), including its conciliation committees for out-of-court dispute resolution, or the competent Bulgarian court.

10. Changes

We may amend these terms. The new version applies from its publication here and does not affect class passes or vouchers already purchased.
